Price list

Fees are calculated per cumulative instalment based on the net selling price and include VAT.

• Fixed price €30,000 including VAT or to be agreed on up to €500,000
• 6% VAT included on the portion of the sale price between €500,000 and €1,500,000
• 5% VAT included on the portion of the sale price between €1,500,000 and €3,000,000
• 4% VAT included for the portion of the sale price in excess of €3,000,000
