We are Anne-Sophie Leyrit et Florent Turpeau, two heritage, architecture and history enthusiasts. We have created a real estate agency dedicated to historical properties. Our agency is the fruit of numerous years of research and property visits, driven by the desire to understand how, stone after stone, our ancestors managed to build such wonders. We started this entrepreneurial adventure with one goal: to produce a comprehensive inventory of all of the grand residences of France, including castles, chateaux, country estates and manors. This inventory provides us with a global vision and detailed knowledge of our heritage: its quality, its diversity and its value are simply exceptional. The passing on of this information, we believe, is essential for the survival of France’s unique architectural heritage.

Riche d’expériences en Russie, en Europe centrale et en Australie, j’aime participer au rayonnement de la France et de sa culture.
Formé à l’École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Nantes (ENSAN), puis Audencia Business School en Direction Financière et à l’ICH en Droit Immobilier, je mets mes connaissances et mon amour pour l’Histoire et l’architecture, mon enthousiasme et ma passion, au profit de vos projets.
